If you need to exchange for a different ShapeLogic Size, please call Customer Service to speak with a Shape Specialist at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery and we will send you the new size in the same item(s) at no charge.
Please keep your original item(s) until you receive your replacement item(s). Once you receive the replacement item(s), please confirm that the fit is correct by simply replying to the email that confirmed your exchange order was processed. Once we receive confirmation that the exchange item(s) fits, our Customer Support team will email you with next steps on returning the original item(s).
If you would prefer to return vs. exchange, please call Customer Service within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free shipping label. Your refund, minus any shipping costs, will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after we receive confirmation that your return package has been scanned by the shipper.
